This is a great bracelet making kit. The instruction of how to make various bracelets is so easy to follow. Also, it comes with so many different color strings and buckles, and other accessories. The bracelets are creative. There are colorful rubber bands which make bracelets flexible and easy to wear. All the pieces are in good quality which make really nice bracelets. As someone in her late 20s, I ordered this as a fun craft to do during Thanksgiving week at my mom’s house. When I pulled out all the materials and the bracelet guide, I was surprised to see that the kit that “includes everything you need” also requires scissors and glue that are not included. The materials that were included felt high-quality, and I was eager to get started. I picked a design (banana split) and cut my cords to the desired length using the ruler at the bottom of the instructions. I thought the instructions were difficult to follow at first, but eventually I figured out what I was supposed to do. The diagrams are helpful, but there could be more descriptive instructions for some of the steps. I thought if I was struggling with the instructions, a child would get frustrated as well. My only other concern was that the piece that propped up the loom kept collapsing, but that didn’t deter me from finishing my projects. I completed two bracelets, which turned into keychains since they didn’t fit adults very well, and I was impressed with how cute they were. Overall, I enjoyed this kit and think older children/preteens would have fun with it too. ... show more
