The media could not be loaded. This thing is awesome! As a long time skateboarder and snowboarder I was a little skeptical as to whether or not this bird would deliver. My son and I were both pleasantly surprised by how well it rides. It makes small slopes really fun! We haven’t had it on the big hills/mountains yet but we’re having a blast on the small stuff all the same. It rides more like a skateboard than a snowboard but has its own unique feeling. This board is a lot of fun. It thrives in snow that’s already been packed down or groomed, or really anything between slippery grass and 3 inches of powder. It can carve and get air off of jumps just fine, but other tricks (Ollies, flips etc) are more challenging than on a skateboard. Well made and fun for rookies and seasoned skaters. ... show more

Very well made, it seems you need a ice/ powdery area , or just junk snow, but take it slow first on flat ground. Bottom ski seems to get beat up quick, but what do you expect when street skating w a snow stick. I plan to purchase an extra ski for taking it to the groomed trails . I’m a snowboarder and a skateboarder, and I’m looking forward to mastering this stick, but definitely wear a helmet and gloves in the beginning. Any skate enthusiast or snowboarder in my opinion will love this as an add to their quiver. I give it 4 stars cause noting is perfect.     • My Favorite Snowskate
I have ridden a few types of snowskates over the years and this is by far the best. It handles multiple types of snow well and carves really well for a snowskate. Rails are smooth, I can kinda ollie, and shove-its are easy. My only concern is how long the plastic runner will last.

I made the employees at the local ski hill jealous when I made the first tracks of the season on this thing. If you're in an area that doesn't have perfectly formed mega jumps, you can make the most out of small hills on this fun toy. It's a beast on groomers and it can handle a few inches of powder. Super easy to hike with and comfortable to sit on when you get to the top. This is a reasonable option for someone who wants to get into snow skating for cheap-ish. I've taken it to the mountain about 20 times this season and it has held up just fine. I weigh ~170lbs. It's gotten me stoked on snow skating enough to want to upgrade to a Hovland. ... show more

    • Fun but board has no coating on it.
The media could not be loaded. I bought one last year, but literally had to wait a year to use it. Well it works and is fun as hell! But i quickly started noticing the wood splitting on top and bottom. Wish it had a coating of some sort to prevent that. Id give it full stars, but thats its only set back. And i ended up tying a string to the board, so that it wouldnt fly away once i fell, but the plastic was too sharp next to where it was tied to, so it kept cutting the string. Ill just sand it myself. Juat wish it had better quality assurance. I hope it lasts for the rest of the snow season! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I never write amazon reviews but this things just too much fun. It's extremely well made feels just like a skateboard, the sort of foam griptape does its job even with snow/ice. I've never felt more control with one of these toys. Most importantly it's built to be used abused played with and still perform. Of course, a videos worth 1000 words. enjoy! lol ... show more
