My 2 year old plays roughly with it and fortunately it is unbelievablely strong. Then there's the graphics and video quality, AGM went above and beyond because it is like watching 4k videos for the first time. Stupid clear and smooth playback for videos and games. Only draw back is weight 1.7lbs, but you won't drop it out of your pocket without noticing. Update it is compatible with Verizon and you won't find a case because it doesn't need one. Battery with moderate use including listening to music and watching videos for 4 to 6 hours a day leaves you at 1 recharge every 60 hours. I am very pleased with this phone I purchased the Sonam rugged phone it claimed to be waterproof I didn't have luck with the first Sonam water broke through the back seal so I purchased another Sonam and again prove to not be truly waterproof so I went with the AGM and I am very pleased with this phone but I can't figure out how to charge it faster that being said the battery is very strong and last a good while I'm just curious if there is a faster way to charge the phone so I purchased the charging dock from AGM and I'm waiting to see if that will speed things up ... show more

I love the design, but I hate the operating system, and it's SOOOOO SLOW!!!!! And the speaker? It's not even loud AT ALL. It's worse than my old phone. False advertising, and a huge waste of money. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. DO NOT BUY THIS.

I originally gave this phone a 5 star rating. However I now have a problem with my microphone. The phone is 6 months old and is covered by the 1 year warranty. The customer service phone number is disconnected. I emailed the address with a detailed explanation of the issue and everything I have done to troubleshoot it. Mind you I'm very tech savvy and after 4-5 days I received a response asking me to do what I already explained I had done. I replied and I'm still waiting for a response. $250+ for a six month phone is a horrible deal. Update - After going back and forth on email for over a month and having to send a video of my issues, I was asked to ship the phone back to their California location at my expense- that's the only service location in the USA. They would then ship a new phone back, which would leave me without a phone for an undisclosed amount of time. I was told to "use my old phone" which I did not have so I needed to buy a different phone, this time I chose a major brand with good customer support. They did refund my money so I increased the review to 2 stars. It was a horrible experience, but I did get a refund. ... show more
