Easy to install on my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Provides great protection while maintaining proper airflow. If you have a Sahara model with the factory grille inserts, adding mesh this way is the only option and it took me all of 20 minutes to get this cut to size, the slots made to accommodate the tabs on the back of the grille and get it back in place. I did use a few dabs of liquid adhesive to secure around the tabs where I made the slots to keep the mesh tight against the grille. ... show more

I was on the hunt for some sturdy metal mesh with smaller holes and in black to use as a foundation vent cover. I went with the 3x6mm mesh which was easy to cut with tin snips. I was able to flatten it out to cut evenly using some oil jugs to hold it. Wouldn’t flatten and hold shape, but enough to cut and easy enough to bend into place. Worked out great for my use. 2020+ Toyota Highlander’s 3D grill have large gaps, that allow road rock chips to hit and damage radiator. Added this mesh behind the grill (cut in size, bend to insert behind the 3D grill, and zip tie with the grill) that keeps all road rock chips away from radiator. :-)

worked good for my homemade grill for my atv with a 600RR CBR motor on it. shipped quick and is a little to easy to drill through...... putting the drill in reverse made a nicer hole letting it melt through the aluminum instead of ripping and pulling.
