This came on time. Was well wrapped. Envelope design had a bubble wrap layer inside . When I pulled out product, it was in its own bubble warp pouch. It's extremely hot right now. Over 100 degrees. I was afraid it would melt or ooze. It did not. It was perfectly fine. The look of the contour kit is so nice. Smooth and sleek. The contour kit design really pops. A added bonus for me because i thought it looked high end and professional.. It was my first time using a kit to contour of any kind.. I've used darker Fondation and lighter to do contouring in the past. I wanted to try the real version for a long while. I worried I'd buy it and it would not be that much of a difference to actually want to use it. I'm glad I did finally purchase it. I love this! Was so easy to use. I did great first try. Plenty of instructions. I found my face shape but did not want to use all the contouring it showed. I only did my cheeks, Jaw line and forhead.. Personal preference. . Crazy how just a dab and a smear in the right place makes such a big difference. I like that it didn't take much to make me look a little more glamorous. A little went a long way for me. I'm glad I went sparingly as I tried it. If u dont, u will use to much. It does not feel thick. I have very oily skin. I struggled with it hourly until I found a makeup routine that works for me and stops it. So I was concerned this contour cream would make me a oil slick again by adding it to my face. It did not.     • An Acceptable Beginning Contour Kit
I bought this product as a beginning contour kit. I would say I'm reasonably experienced in the basics of makeup (foundation, eyeshadow, mascara, concealer, lipstick) but have recently felt the urge to delve deeper into its many facets. Among these are the infamous contouring and highlighting. I originally watched a video review of both this kit and the IT Cosmetics kit: cream vs. powder, less contrasting vs. more contrasting colors, different packaging, etc. After a lot of pros and cons, I decided to go with this one, as the colors seemed to apply well, it is compact, and it offers more shades that are closer to my own skin tone (fair/light). I was initially disappointed upon receiving this product. It arrived covered in a thin layer of bubble wrap inside of an envelope, whereas I had expected it to arrive nicely packaged and boxed up. Furthermore, because of the close proximity of the product and its packaging, the warm weather of that day heated it up and upon opening the contour kit, some of the cream on the top had melted and turned into a liquid film. You can imagine that I was NOT a happy camper. However, the cream did work fairly well (after everything cooled off and dried). You have to layer a bit, and I consider that a plus since I'm a beginner and less is more. The shades apply with more of an orange tone than I would prefer, particularly with my skin since anything that deviates even a bit from normal shows up more on light tones. I have not experienced any breakouts from the product. The packaging of the actual product, in contrast to its arrival state, is quite nice; it comes inside a cardboard slip along with a packet that tells you how to contour and highlight different areas of your face as well as offers diagrams for a visual aid in how to contour and highlight various face shapes. Upon opening the actual cream kit, there is another (transparent plastic) diagram of a woman's face with marks indicating general areas where one would contour and highlight. Overall, I think that this is an acceptable beginning contour kit. The cream is of good quality, does not wear off over the course of the day, and layers well. The shades are versatile. The fact that they comes off orange may only be the result of my skin type (I have the same problem with drugstore foundations). I am deducting a star mainly because of the state in which this product arrived, and I hope that this will not happen to other people. ... show more

    • Best Contour Palette for Fair and Sensitive Skin
I am so glad I found this product; the money I could have saved if I found it sooner. I spend up to $50 for other name brand foundations/cc creams etc. to just get disappointed. I am a lazy person and with this palette, all I have to do is prime my skin and then use the palette. I get great coverage with a light weight feel. Im not sure if getting a pallet is the best idea. Sticks would be much easier. Plus there's no blush. Which I found out later is important to have. It blends well enough but looks only slightly better than Halloween makeup. To tell you the truth I will not be buying it again nor would I recommend it. The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this product! I was always scared to attempt to contour because of the investment in everything that you needed: differ colors, brush applicators and appears that you needed to be somewhat of a makeup guru to do. But I saw the some of their videos on how easy it was to contour and decided to give it a try. I would have recorded the process of doing this first ever contour. However, I wanted to follow along with the Aesthetica tutorial video (on YouTube;). I literally followed along with the video. As the video recommended, I applied my foundation, concealer and did my eye make up. I also choose to do it this way because I am battling with melsama on my face. It was incredibly easy and fast to apply. I took a little extra time blending with my beauty blender because I never did this before & I barely know how to put make up on! 🙈 For it’s ease of use, quality of makeup, longevity and blend ability, I highly recommended! ... show more

Absolutely favorite no need for foundation with this I didn’t think I would use all the darker tones but they are the ones I used the most for contour . I bought a second one. I’m gluten intolerant so I love this and good coverage and bang for your buck compared to other brands. Plus all the tones work well for anyone ... show more
