Was easy, but time consuming to set it all up. Same for any Windows machine. Lots of restarting and waiting. Laptop has a nice weight. Screen is decent. Keys are a bit spongey, but ok. Big issue is when you close the lid, it goes to sleep like 95% of all laptops. Problem is when you open the lid, it wont wake. At least as far as the screen repopulating. You can see the numlock and caplock responding, but nothing will return the screen. No ESC, or CNTLALTDELETE etc. You have to basically hold the power button and shut it down, then restart to wake it completely. Annoying bug. I find myself never wanting to shut the lid. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This laptop is just what I needed to use while on the go for work. Has 16 GB of ram and 512 GB of storage which is more than enough for my uses out of the office. This laptop is extremely lightweight which is great while I walk around keeping it in my backpack or can even use it while standing up. Powered by Intel, the start up and running of different apps is extremely fast. I also love the fingerprint scanner that’s conveniently located on the top left of the trackpad. Seems like a decent computer for the price except the charger that comes with it doesn't fit the computer. ( see picture, there's no charging port to fit the charger that came with the computer) It supposed to charge by a USB C. They don't charge it. If there is a charger that's supposed to work, the info is nowhere to be found. This one is a replacement for the one I got the other day with the same problem.
