I'm sharing my thoughts on the 8x6 deep gray model. Overall, it looks alright, and putting it together wasn't too tough. I managed it solo with a ladder and a low-torque cordless drill, taking me about 3 hours. But having an extra pair of hands would've been a big help. Let me tell you what I learned along the way. First off, the shed's orientation can't be changed, so pick your spot before you buy. Also, if it's not against a wall, it'll still work fine, but might not look as nice, at least from my point of view. Now, about assembly itself—don't lose any bolts or nuts. Some panels might be a bit bent due to shipping, like mine were. But the company quickly sent me replacements, which arrived in good shape, and I appreciated that. Putting it all together isn't too bad, especially if you stick to the instructions and find the right bits and pieces. It's mostly a matter of time and skill. Once it's up, the storage space inside is pretty decent. Adding a base would be nice, but not essential. I poured a concrete one, which you could do if you're up for it. I'm planning to turn mine into a cozy spot for my dog. Overall, I'd probably buy again. 1. Keep track of all the parts. 2. If you hit a snag, reach out to the company—they'll sort you out. 3. Follow the instructions to a tee. 4. The door can't be switched around, but it'll still work fine if it's not against a wall. ... show more

    • BEWARE. Holes don’t match up.!

This shed took 2 men 8 hours to assemble because the holes do not match up and we had to use a bit that goes through metal. Directions are confusing with only drawings, especially for the door. Missing triangular parts for corners to keep it squared.

Came fast in 2 boxes. All parts were labeled plainly and accounted for. It’s a little flimsy when you start putting it together but gets more stable as you assemble. I put it together by myself with occasional help form my wife. Patience is key. The most annoying part is the protective film removal and the washers that are plastic and molded together. I would’ve paid someone 1K to take those off my hands. I did mount it to the wooden platform in the corners as well as some places along the sides back and front for peace of mind. It’s perfect for storing patio furniture which is the reason we got it, but I’m 5’9” and have to duck a lot inside it. Directions are mainly pictures and no written explanation of how stuff goes so pay attention to the pics. If you see 7 holes on the pic on one side, make sure you have 7 holes as well. Have you or ever wanted to express yourself as a sailor would? Then my friends, this shed is for you. Not only will you get the chance to strip screws, cut your fingers on sheet metal, and find yourself questioning all the choices you've made in your life, you'll also get the opportunity to work with some of the finest quality craftsmanship third world nations can provide. I can tell you from first-hand experience how glad I am that I had the opportunity to build this shed. I truly felt that I reached new levels of anger that I didn't think I could achieve before. This shed took a well-mannered and gentle-soled man and made him into a raging lunatic that would scare the biggest fella on any prison yard. And I can store my bikes in it! So if that's the experience you're looking for, I can't recommend it enough. It's truly made me a different person. Perfect for where I needed it.. easy to build, I did it by myself in a few days. I only worked on it for a few hours a day. It's rained a few times and no water has gotten inside, that's what I was concerned about.

She'd arrived with a few dented panels but was able to use them. Some parts of directions alittle hard to understand. Each panel is coated with a clear protective film which takes a long time to remove. The completed shed is very nice. We installed the door on other end of shed to work for our yard which wasn't a problem. I'm giving 4 stars because of 3 panels being bent and the plastic flim on panels making it take twice as long to assemble. ... show more
