I was really excited when I ordered this, I waited FOREVER for it to come in and when it did, we Instantly began to have problems. The coop ships in 3 boxes, we only received 2. Three days later we received the 3rd box. Once that came in we began to put it together. The wood was so thin and cheap, there were holes missing in the wood that were supposed to be pre drilled. Bought the 84" coop&run for silkie Bantam size chickens. Very nice and easy for 2 people to assemble in about an hour or so. Very well packed, labeled and numbered parts in 3 separate boxes. Metal wire mesh. Roof material is sturdy. My only criticisms are that the wood used is suitable but not the best. Also, this coop Wil need the buyer to winterize it better than it comes. Title: Disappointed with Quality and Durability As a poultry enthusiast, I recently invested nearly $500 in a chicken coop that, upon arrival, left me deeply disappointed. While aesthetically pleasing, this coop falls drastically short in terms of quality and durability. Constructed from subpar wood held together by staples, the craftsmanship screams "cheap." It's disheartening to think that I may only get a couple of years out of this investment. What's worse is discovering that it's manufactured in China with the aim of cutting costs at every corner. While the design may catch the eye, the reality is far from satisfactory. The coop door is hard to reach. The front of the coop itself doesn’t go to the ceiling. So the chickens just jump over and out to the run.

This product in the add claims to be "the original wood is firm and natural for your beloved pet." As you can see from the pic's, it won't survive shipping! According to UNIONLINE INC. "We sincerely apologize for the slight defect in the product you received, and we assure you that we will promptly provide a satisfactory solution. To express our apologies, we can offer you a $15 partial refund as compensation. Would you like to accept it?" Don't expect Amazon to help, "3rd party seller". All in all buy ANYTHING ELSE!!!
