Great product. Great line of products. There may be better or different lines like, NFTG (Calcium based), and CYCO ("Pharmasutical Grade" Nutrient Line). But Advanced is simple and easy to use. pH balance with this line is almost unnecessary to adjust (but you should ALWAYS test pH AFTER everything is added). I use this product twice, in great amounts, at the end of flowering - almost a flushing. Three days later I flush with clean water and harvest once they begin to weep from lack of water (smart pots). Works for me. My only complaint, and it applies to ALL products in these bottles, is that they don't pour cleanly. So I put them (nutrients) in one Liter squueze bottles (with two glass marbles in each for agitation). This way I can control pouring, 2ml per L - X - 4L, - X - 3G ( 2 x 4 x 3 = 24ml) >>2ml per liter - 4 liters in a gallon - 3 gallons of total fluid - Total is 24ml of xyz nutrient from Advanced) (I have a 5 gallong bucket with indicator lines for Gallons) I have one arm, so pouring such a small amount is easier with a squeeze bottle. Otherwise, every time I attempt to pour THAT amount into a 25ml graduated cylinders, I Iose half the amount in dripping as waste. I recommend this product as a great flushing product. Important to make sure you get the best taste from your fruits veggies and flowers so you make sure not to waste all your hard work and effort and time. For the amount you get and use its at a great cost and should last a long time. Happy growing *love&peace*

Nutes are always expensive. Dont really know if this is a must have but i used it on part of the plants in my first grow. Seems to do what it says. Maybe ill do some more personal testing and ill update my review once i have results.

    • Don't waste your money
This product is not all that . It is expensive for what it is. It's main ingredient is Magnesium. This ingredient is dirt cheap and can be bought in bulk at any pharmacy, target, walmart, Walgreens ect. Epsom Salt is 100% Magnesium. Epsom salt is extremely water soluble and is hard to over do. This product is basically Epsom Salt (magnesium ) mixed with water. Something you could do at home with 1\4 tsp per gallon. A 5 lb bag of Epsom Salt costs $3.50 and you can make 20x more for 1/8th the price. Keep your money in your pocket. I was using Epsom Salt before I got this product not knowing what the ingredients were before I bought it. The ingredients were not posted on line. If they had I would not have bought it but since I did I tried it. It did not work as well as my Epsom Salt Solution. Good luck! ... show more

    • Highly suggested for soil. Slightly more work.
Used this in my soil grow after heavily flushing salts and excess nutes with Clearex, and I could not have been more impressed with the results. No harshness left, whatsoever. Pure white ash. Flavors popped exceptionally! The only small downside is the extra flushing that is necessary to remove the spent Finish from soil after it has sat for 6-8 hours.
