Bought these with the intent of using them as support for my vegetables and vining plants. Since nothing has fully grown up yet, I can’t tell if this will work but I certainly love the look. It’s exactly how I envisioned it. Directions: Directions are ok but not the clearest. My advice is start at one end and continue all the way to the other side, left to right or right to left. I tried to work faster by putting together both straight ends first then adding the curve and that was a mistake. The poles in the drawing look the same so I thought what is the harm. if you do both sides and try to connect, the bars won’t go inside each other. I had to undo everything and start over. Quality control: It didn’t help that they sent one set missing a bar at the top. Since they sent me a new one, and I didn’t check prior to starting myself, I didn’t deduct anything from it but quality control needs to be better. Nothing worse than putting together everything to find your last piece is missing. Time: took me about 1-1.5hrs to put together 2 of these by myself. Quality: these are a little flimsy and move all over when you are putting it together but we taped two arches together which made it sturdier. Since these were for raised beds, the soil is keeping them in place in the ground. I do not know yet if it can withstand any actual hanging veggies or not since I just started my fall garden. We shall see. Bottom line: worth a try! ... show more

Product arrived on time with all the pieces. Be aware that setting this up takes some space and patience but the diagrams are easy enough to follow. The arch is Not meant to just stand on its own, it needs to be stabilized! If you plan on adding decorations to this for an event it pays off to properly anchor it, especially since any decorations you attach can get top heavy or catch the wind if you're outside. I personally used this as a trellis for my peas and green beans in the garden. All I had to do was leave the last rung off the bottom and push the ends into the dirt. It held up until we had a windstorm a week later and all that was needed to fix was some garden wire and stakes in the ground. It's been months now and no further problems. All in all a pretty decent product for the price, would buy again ... show more

This is great for a background and base for balloon creations, but it is only really convenient if you build the night before and save time to put the two sides together at the venue of the event. Overall it was a bit flimsy so having some kind of sand bags with it would be good for safety. I like that we can use it for years to come and don't have to rely on taping balloons or a backdrop up on a wall somewhere for a nice picture. ... show more

Loved my first one so much I bought another this year! Easy to assemble & sturdy. This has held up through our intense midwest summer storms. Some rusting at junctions, but doesn't bother me. The gold color is more of an orche, and it's perfect for blending into the background. Garden trellises can be pricey, and this is a great value for support for vertical growing! I have 1 in the wider assembly shape inside the raised beds & the new one is assembled in the taller and narrower configuration. Both are great. Do follow the directions to build one side & go up and over so the insertion is all in the same direction. I skipped the lowest horizontal bars, and that enabled me to easily push the uprights into the soil about 6" for secure installation. Gorgeous focal point in my garden. ... show more

I love the idea of the arch and how easy it is to set up and take apart but it's very flimsy and won't stay up by itself. You have to tie it to something or else it will fall over. But it's decent for the price and we made it work!

I had been very excited to finally get to put this arch out for Halloween. I was pleased to find it was very straightforward for assembly. But that was the end of my excitement. There is no way to mount it into the ground, it has no legs that are meant to sink in, and so has no support without buying bracers of some form. The metal is weak and as i was setting it up, it started to bend twice before I had even attempted to put anything onto it. I tried to add stability by attaching metal poles to the sides and zip-tied sticks to it to give added support to the hollow polls. but as you can see in the picture, before I had even had it up for an hour, the top of the arch had already begun to sag. Within 2 hours multiple spots had bent and it collapsed and I have had to go and purchase other supports to try to hold it up. I would return it, but I was given it for my birthday back at the beginning of September so it is past the window for returns. ... show more

you can see the arch better in person…it will have the bougainvilla and a climbing vine going up it eventually. It was very easy to put together and move to the yard. I dug a hole and stabilized it with concrete. Very please with purchase.

This arch was beautiful once decorated. We did reinforce the bottom, especially because the flowers made the front heavier and we were afraid it would tip. It was helpful that we were able to break it down into smaller sections for transport. It wasn't overly flimsy, but also wasn't heavy or difficult to maneuver.
