Delivery went smooth and setup was a breeze. I use to have a bed frame, boxspring, and spring mattress. Very easy to assemble, sturdy legs, sturdy built and quiet. Price point exactly what I was looking for. Actually received more than expectation. I’ve slept on bed two nights. So far, I’ve sleep longer then I have in over a years. Maybe cause it’s new? I was worried if the frame would fit in my queen set frame. Picture shows that it was not a problem. The top sides of the frame touched the insides of my wood rails, perfect fit. Assembly was easy. The frame is heavier then mattress and mattress is heavy! Suggest two people when assembling. It has to be turned upside down then right sided again. All I had to do was attach legs and power assembly. Just like description, the mattress is medium firm but plush. I went from a king memory median firm mattress from American Mattress (I think), to a soft beauty rest, and now this one. The medium king was really hurting my hips, side sleeper until I couldn’t stand it. Same company prices have doubled so I’ve been looking elsewhere and didn’t want to pay the Sleep Number prices. I do like quality and this sure feels like it. The remote is different then the one shown and it seems to have a lag after giving a command. The ZG preset is off but I think there are ways to rest the presets. I hope. The vibration is not bad at all and on a timer. It has three levels. I used level 3 last night and it knocked me out! The vibrators are located at top near head and foot, underneath the frame. For my bed, they are in the middle. So sleepin o. Side of bed you loose some. It’s a good looking mattress and nice soft cover. Although the cover fits a little large. The top foam is a little smaller the what’s below so the corners are kind of rounded on top which shows you the cover fabric is too small. Not a big deal. Maybe made like that to increase ease removing it for wash and putting it back on? I’m 180 pounds and the entire set up feels solid. You won’t have issues when playing with the kids, haha. Oh, the motors are extremely quite. And the frame lights are only on center and dim. I was under impression that their might have been a string of lights surround the wholes bed frame. You get two, one on each side. I will follow up on the review o ce I get a couple weeks. One more, my back has been killing me for 4 months. Two days and it feeling so much better! Two part review..first regarding customer service & second the product review. First off, I had to cancel my order because I just moved & had forgotten to change my new delivery address but it was too late the bed had already shipped. The company (Lisa) contacted me & asked why I attempted to cancel..which they had already gotten their money so why care right? I explained my situation & she contacted FedEx to make sure they delivered to the new address…they did not have to do that plus she stayed in contact with me to make sure everything went smoothly which it did! I was so frazzled & wasn’t sure what to do..thanks to the customer service for actually caring that I wasn’t out an expensive item. Now as for the adjustable base & mattresses, chose the Split King Adjustable Bed with Mattress - 14" Luxury Cool Gel Memory Foam Hybrid Mattress….I’ve never slept on memory foam & I’m telling you it has changed my life…I went from a Queen size adjustable bed with a super thin basic mattress thinking that the mattress wasn’t the part that was important since it’s an adjustable base…I mean it’s bound to be comfy since it’s adjustable right? Well no, I had to stop sleeping on it & slept in my recliner (husband not happy about that) I have back issues so it’s hard to find a bed that’s worth sleeping on…So this time I looked & compared & researched…read many reviews & made my choice…it had come down to this bed & another brand…I chose the other brand & put it on my cart…but at the last minute something told me to get the ESHINE bed instead & I swear I could absolutely not be happier! I hardly even need to adjust the bed because the mattress itself is amazing…I sink in to it in all the right places…I have hip pain & could never lay on my sides & being over weight that’s the only comfortable position for me…but now I sleep in any position I want…whenever I move the memory foam goes right back into position & like I said being overweight that’s something I was afraid of because let’s face it…a lot of companies may take that into consideration but they don’t cater to it. Anyway…the bed feels brand new every time I get into it…I mean I’ve only had it month maybe…but still. I was a bit afraid of getting a firm bed because I’ve always gotten super soft pillow tops or whatever….boy was I not doing my back any justice….it’s definitely firm…it felt too firm when I first set it up but then I laid on it & realized just how awesome it really felt. I don’t know what more I can say…it was easy set up…the massage feature can actually be felt on more of your body & it’s not noisy like my other bed was when I turned the massage on on my old bed I swore we were about to take flight & the massage was more like an extreme vibration & not in a good way haha…so I highly recommend you give this a try especially if you have aches & pains when you wake up…like I said this has changed my life…I don’t have to scramble for pain medication when I first wake up haha! I know this is a long review & no I’m not making one red cent from it either…I just love it that much & know what it’s like to be in pain & even the smallest amount of relief can be a life saver! Oh & by the way, my husband really loves it too…lol! ... show more
