This product just got delivered.. this review is for the medium size. So I go this to strap 12 outdoor Ethernet cables (the outdoor cables are usually a little thicker that your normal 24gage shielded twisted wired) that I am going to use for security cameras. looking at usable 2.520 strap on this product. I don't think this will work. The 3.7 advertised, is sort of miss leading. Buy at your own risk. I am still waiting for the outdoor Ethernet cable to be delivered and see if this strap is even good to at least strap 6 cables, otherwise I will have to returned them and look for something else.. otherwise they look and feel to be strong enough to strap anything with a circumference of about 2 inches and 3/8 or less. ... show more

Excellent cable fastener! Suited for applications where you are tying large cables together and fastening them to the ground or on a wall. I am using the medium size cable fastener for tying four 14-gauge speaker cables together and fastening them near the edge of a wall using the adhesive tape. You can also use the included screws if the adhesive is not strong enough. The straps are reusable -- you may have to replace the tape.     • very small maybe for a cord or 2 but they best be thin
once these are "folded over" to be able to use them they are very small they may be able to hold a cord in place to keep it up against a wall or something but they are very hard to use because they are so small. that could just be me and my not so nimble fingers, however we have only used 1 or 2 out of 100 because of their size. ... show more

These cable ties work great. The curved end make it easy to thread the strap through the catch, as the description says. They're also pretty easy to release as needed. I bought these for that feature, and the included screw hole to supplement the adhesive, since I would be using them on the ceiling to secure garage door opener and LED lighting wiring, but I found that the adhesive was actually very strong, unlike a number of other cheap products I've used. I had to reposition one, and it pulled the paint off of the drywall rather than coming loose! Very happy with this purchase. ... show more

These worked great for running cables to overhead lights across the sealing. Only when I put one in the wrong place and tried to remove it pealed the paint off the wall... I found that I had gently work pri it up with a flathead screwdriver to avoid that problem.

They include screws which is great. However I have not needed the screws since the ones I got had 3M adhesive and work quite well. These can be reopened if you need to add more cables. With other methods you would need to cut your wire tie to get to the bundle and then use a new tie.
