Paid for 2 years extra warranty and no one responded from manufacturer email after internal gears stripped at Less than a year of occasionally using in my home garage. It did not standup well to normal removing and retightening of lug nuts. I did around 6 vehicles tire changes from winter tires to summer sets. Bought this setup 1 year ago today, works great when it worked although it tightens better then it removes bolts, would be nice to get 2 batteries instead of just one, now the battery no longer takes charge, I'm dead in the water!
