Got this to replace a faux leather one I had. It's very nice & the storage is a plus! The lid remains open in several positions. I didn't attach the legs for 2 reasons: 1. They have plastic "feet" that don't slide easily on my carpet. Guess that's good for wood floors. 2. The legs made the height too high to comfortably rest my legs across it from the couch. We purchased these to replace an ottoman in the living room that the dogs claws destroyed. Came out of the box just fine and it was really easy to assemble. just screw the legs into place and you are good to go. These are sturdy enough to sit on without fear of them falling apart and they look nice. Only drawback is that they smell for a while from off gassing. ... show more

Love the color, and the style. It is square so it fits nicely under the bed or under the edge of the bed to use to get off the bed. Nice storage inside the ottoman itself and it also has a shelf you can use instead of the lid (you flip it).

This is a very well-made ottoman. EXCEPT.......one of the legs could not screw in because there was a round piece of metal down inside the hole. I loved it so much and my life was so busy at the time (and still is) that I didn't want to mess with contacting the seller. I ordered some special glue and let it set in a corner on it's side for quite a while. I finally got the glue today so I wanted to see if I could make this wonky leg work. After much messing with it, I think I may have made it where I can use it. Only time will tell. If not for this issue, I would have given it 5 stars for "Value for money". But if you can't use it.....what good is it? ... show more
