These boots are durable and have good tread. Good ankle support. They're comfortable on their own, but I like to keep insoles in them for extra comfort and arch support. They're "feminine" enough without being "cutesy," which I like. Good for women who don't want lose all of their sense of femininity in a male-dominated field but also want to be taken seriously as a worker. (Hopefully that makes sense.) Cons: The lace hooks bend. I have learned to be careful with these, and I'm worried that someday they'll break off. When they bend out of place, I can manually bend them back with just my fingers. Yikes. They are pretty heavy. I don't mind the extra litte workout, but it definitely feels good to take them off after an 8+ hour day. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This item fell apart within 1 workday because it uses screws to hold the heel onto the sole. This is clearly a shoddy way of making a boot that looks acceptable, but will disintegrate when worn. There is also no way to get a refund because this is sold through an Amazon 3rd party seller, not Amazon themselves. They will "consider" sending you a replacement boot that will fail in exactly the same way, but will not give you your money back ... show more

Bought these 9 months ago, and they held up very well. Wore them 5 days a week for 9+ hrs. The soles have worn down a little, exposing the screws on the bottom so it sounds scratchy when I walk on concrete now… other than that no complaints. The tread is still okay, only oiled them a couple times and the leather has held up really well. I got them 1/2 size too small but put extra insoles inside and broke them in, and they feel like socks now. ... show more

Boot is comfortable, and I’ve bought a pair of the same brand before but the pair purchased here did not withstand a rain shower. Wet grass and a little rain made for a miserable landscape day. Debated on sending them back, but I’ll just wear my old ones on rainy days.

I really like the shoe, it's very durable and I like the look. There was added cushions for arch support, but they really cramped my feet, so I had to take them out. The left foot fit really good, but the right shoe had too much height in the arch, so I had to add cushioning to it. I wear them everywhere in the winter weather. I have purchased 3 pairs of these boots. They last me about 2 years. I wear them 5 to 6 days a week. The fit is wonderful and comfort is amazing. I have 1 issue and this is the only reason I cannot give 5 stars. The lacing rivets! My 1st pair(2019) I broke 2, they bend and break off. I tried carefully to bend back into place but after 2 or 3 bends they break off leaving you to omit those and doubling up around the others. Now mind you, that did not stop me from ordering another pair in 2021. Again 3 broken rivets after 2 years. My 3rd pair arrived yesterday with a rivet backing missing. But Im shipping them back and will await the replacement. ... show more
