The first access panel I ordered was severely bent and unusable. Got a replacement 4 days later and it was also bent. It is at least usable but should be discounted in price. Not happy with the access panel at all

Had raccoons in an inaccessible area of attic space. This door did the trick. Easy install over plaster, literally just glued in place with construction adhesive. Opens and closes well and provides plenty of room to get in and out for a moderate size person. A latch or toggle would be preferred over the flat head screw driver operated latch but works fine since access is only needed occasionally. ... show more

The door binds a bit as it closes in spite of my best efforts to insure it was square in the hole. Looks good and was otherwise quite easy to install in the roughed in hole. It was exactly what I was looking for in a good looking, reasonable priced crawlspace access hole cover.
