the part is fine - a little stiff to open, but the description states stainless steel - it is white painted as described, but if you are using it outdoors it may not last as long as you would hope. I has no wind or water resistance - so again, maybe better suited to indoor use

Came pretty much as described. One corner slightly deformed from shipment but bent back pretty easily. Installed into rough opening perfectly but the door is very hard to open. I'm not sure if this is by design or not.

The door worked perfect. I used it at my rental property to access my plumbing to my outside faucet. No need to cut holes in the wall to repair plumbing. Access door is a great improvement. Easy to install!

Worked very well. Only problem was the size quoted did not account for the hinges. A lot of extra work went into making it fit in an existing tile wall. The hinges account for an extra 1/8 inch on the inside measurement.
