I am reviewing VANSISOS Acrylic Nail Kit for Beginners. A disclaimer is that I'm a beginner so I don't have extensive experience using various acrylic nail kits of all qualities. As a beginner, though, I appreciate this kit so I get what I need to get started. The plastic shrink wrap over the bottle for the monomer was really hard to open. The bottle came safety sealed. I used the clear pink. I was able to create a bead on the brush that I was able to spread relatively easily. This is inexpensive enough that I can use this to keep practicing. The kit arrived nicely packaged and included everything you need to do your nails. As soon as I opened it, the familiar scent of a nail salon filled the air. While I suspected the nail liquid might have leaked slightly, there was no visible wetness. I have tried similar kits in the past with similar colors, so I had an idea of what to expect. This kit works really well. Despite the strong smell, the kit is user-friendly and effective. I have never used forms, so I can't really speak on that. This nail acrylic kit is a good starter or practice set, but the quality is not great. The solution is very strong... so strong that I could smell it and it burned my eyes even though the bottle seemed sealed (see photos). I would recommend practicing with this kit outside in a very well-ventilated area only and with a mask. The included powder colors are cute and light and make a decent seal with the liquid (again, a great way to practice). The kit included a glass dappen dish (imo, the dish is the best part of this kit), as well as brushes, a small file, and forms. I would not recommend this to do a full set, I would recommend as practice outside with a mask. I rounded up to 4 stars as I would rate 3.5 stars as slightly above average because of the value. I will be honest, I’m not very experienced with working with acrylic kits. But I experimented with an overlay on my pointer finger, on my dominant hand It was just hard and I made mistakes since I was using my non-dominant hand. But I used very small beads and they self leveled very well and were very forgiving. I actually placed this over the top of my regular nail polish and I have no idea if that was a big no-no or not, but I couldn’t find a lot of info online about doing this and it seemed to have worked out just fine so far.
