I’ve been taking this supplement for over a year. Real or imagined it seems to make a difference. Every time I run out I start thinking I don’t need to take these anymore. After a few days I’ve noticed a difference and reordered.

Gave this brand of ALC a try after using another brand. I've read that the timing of usage for ALC is essential in getting results. I take 1gm before my morning coffee and another before bedtime. I've noticed an improvement in mental clarity soon after starting it.

I don’t know if this is doing anything for me. I do know that it is causing a little constipation, so I am not taking it every single day. As far as any other effect, I don’t think I will be buying this again.
