The media could not be loaded. I had no idea how MUCH I would LOVE this portable home steam sauna. My girls also like it & we all use it, ages tween to adult. For starters, assembly was NOT straightforward from the directions. I looked at them front page to the back page, but WHERE the poles should go was lost in translation, IMO. There is a sketch in the manual, but I was not able to figure out where they went just from looking at the manual. I had to watch a YouTube video to figure it out, but once I knew were they went, assembly was VERY quick & easy... 3 minutes TOPS. FYI.. the poles fit through sleeves for them & the ends are covered up so WELL with adjustable straps, I did not realize the sleeves were even there. I mistakenly assumed the poles went on the INSIDE of the steam sauna, but could not figure out for the life of me WHERE or HOW they fit inside of it. When I watched the YouTube video I realized they do NOT go inside, but in the sleeves... 2 support bars go in the FRONT of the SAUNA case & 2 go in the BACK of it. To assemble, you need 2 pole sections & one connector piece for each pole sleeve. After they are all assembled, you should have 4 poles total. Slip the poles into the 4 sleeves & secure the sleeve ends by pressing the ends closed (the closure is hook & loop/ aplix). Next take the white round steam head out of the sauna water warmer, attach one of the pieces of soft tubing to the white steam head & secure the other end to the valve on the bottom of the INSIDE of the steam sauna. Fill the water warmer to line #2 with purified WATER for approximately an HOUR of steam usage time. You could probably get another 15-20 minutes steam time out of the water level at #2, as there was still water in the water heater unit, after we had run it for an hour total, including warm up time. I add approximately 1 T of white vinegar to the water warmer in order to help prevent hard water/ mineral buildup. I use reverse osmosis water only. Secure the lid by firmly pressing the lid notches into the grooves on the water warmer base. Then connect the other piece of tubing to the water warmer lid & connect it to the side of the STEAM SAUNA itself. Turn the water warmer on to level 9 & set a separate timer 7-10 minutes for it to reach the correct temperature. Set the timer on the water warmer for 60 minutes to give you time to warm the steam sauna up & then time to use it before it shuts off. While it is warming up, be sure to CLOSE the zippers on the ARM holes & the front of the unit for it to come to the correct temperature. You will start to see steam rise from the sauna when it is ready. When it is ready, TURN the temp DOWN to level 5, place the provided portable chair inside the steam sauna, sit down, move the front bar back into place, zip yourself inside the steam sauna, & ENJOY! There is a convenient pocket on the front of the steam sauna to keep the included REMOTE CONTROL, when using the steam sauna. You can use the steam sauna with our hands IN or OUT of the sauna, as it is a matter of preference & comfort. If you get too hot or too cold, you can adjust the temp on the unit with the remote control. You can also just unzip the arm hole/s or the front of it if you get too hot. My tween uses the steam sauna for 15 minutes, which is the limit for a hot tub, so I feel that is safe. She is the size/height of a small adult, so she is able to FULLY hold her head ABOVE the steam sauna. Do NOT let any kids who can't sit at a SAFE height to be able to keep their ENTIRE face/head OUT of the steam sauna. The others of us are older & taller, so we use it for 20 minutes each time, & will work up over time. ------------------------ USE CAUTION when in the steam sauna NOT to touch your skin to the WHITE steam mister head that is under the chair. It is HOT & is what pipes in the STEAM to the steam sauna. Some of us wear bathing suits in the steam sauna, & some use it in the buff. I wore underwear the 1st time & my underwear were SOAKED after 20 minutes at level 6. Have a TOWEL on the floor to step on OUTSIDE of the sauna so you don't slip & to protect your flooring from water dripping from your body. I could NOT figure out WHERE the felt MAT goes, so we use it UNDER the steam sauna, on the OUTSIDE of it to keep the floor dry & it works PERFECTLY that way. NOT even a DROP of water from the steam sauna gets on our wood floor. -------------------- 2 improvements that would take this steam sauna to the next level would be: 1. Have TWO pockets on the front of the steam sauna (INSTEAD of one) for a phone, TV remote, etc. so you don't have to keep the steam sauna remote with your phone, etc. because when you are grabbing the remote to adjust the steam sauna temp or time, water drips off of your hand, which you do NOT want on your phone, TV remote, etc. TWO pockets would allow you to keep the remote separate from the steam sauna remote. 2. Have a steam connector port on BOTH sides of the steam sauna so that there is flexibility for accessing a power outlet for the WATER WARMER. That would give the user the ability to connect the water warmer on either side because power outlets may not be easily accessible from only the one side. Neither of the suggestions not being done would NOT make me not purchase this steam sauna, but would be nice features that would be fun extras to have. I would use the steam sauna longer if there were 2 pockets for the remotes, etc. -------------------- This PORTABLE STEAM SAUNA is WONDERFUL to help warm up, even in the winter when chilled to the bone. It is also a GREAT way to sweat OUT toxins & to just SLOW DOWN, for some adult quiet time. After your usage time is over, take a bath towel & wipe down the inside, allowing it to air dry the rest of the way. Let the chair also air dry. You can store it while flattened (like a kid's twisting fold-up tent that you just fold up instead of contorting it to fit it back into the INCLUDED storage bag, which is also a great STORAGE option)., or again, in the included storage/travel case. I like just folding it flat so it is ready to go the next time. Without having to reassemble it all, which is not hard, but takes away sauna time. The chair has held us all from 92# to 170#. Heights are 5'2" to 5'10" tall & there is PLENTY of room for a taller person, if they have the right chair with a lower height. The chair holds up to 199# according to a sticker on it. The chair has NOT bent, bowed, etc. & is fine to sit on for us. YES, it IS low, but it fits well in the steam sauna. It also folds up compactly for storage, which is a bonus. My girls & I LOVE this steam sauna. I WOULD purchase it again. ... show more

I love this. It was easy to A sample even though the directions were very vague, The fact that you can use herbs was a big plus. The steam is plentiful and gets very hot so you sweat profusely, after using four times I’ve lost 6 pounds I’m assuming water weight. This sauna is great! The instructions to put it together is pretty vague but it is very easy to put together. Also I heat up the water in my coffee pot then pour it into the steamer with an essential oil. I then put it on 9 for 60 mins and generally hop in in about 20 mins. It gets so hot I generally get out in 20 mins and peak my head and arms out and go on my phone until it shuts off. I had an infared personal sauna before this and it didnt get as hot and wasn't as natural. I am big time look at the comments before I buy anything person soo I wanted to write this because honestly it is a great product. Also the customer service was awesome, I was contacted right away because they were out of brown and I was asked if I would mind grey. The sauna came way sooner than the estimated delivery date and customer service was super nice. Thank you! ... show more

This sauna is amazing!! I love it! I was so happy with how fast this sauna was delivered. It's so easy to assemble and easy to store. I really wish I found this sooner ( like during the pandemic). I used to do hot yoga and visit the saunas in my area and used the sauna at the gym ( I guess you can say I like the heat😜) And this sauna is just as good except the chair could be a little more comfortable but no big deal I just put a thick towel on it fit some cushion:) so easy to use and gets the job done!! Included Chair broke within 20 mins (frame bent). This poses a potential burn risk from steamer device as one may collapse and sink unsuspectingly into sauna tent as I did . Not sure what chair is rated to support, but, to be clear, I am 6'3" 220lb. Seller wanted pics and video. I sent a picture. No further action was taken by seller.
