First I am not a gamer so I have no idea how this Acer is for gaming. I am an web surfer and business app. user. I also volunteer as a remote tutor for elementary students. For everything I do, this Acer it has been fantastic. The screen resolution for tutoring with Zoom is amazing. Business apps run smoothly, multiple screens open is no problem. Web searches are fast. First laptop I have owned that the trackpad is reliably sensitive and I have not, out of frustration, attached a mouse. The alpha keyboard has a sastisfying touch and is fun to use. The one issue is the stupid number key pad. I key by touch and the layout is wrong. The "DEL" key lines up where the "0" should be. GRRRRR. Also, despite that fact that my hands are of average size for a woman, the keys on the number pad are itsy-bitsy. Overall pleased with the features and responsiveness of this Acer. But the number keypad....for shame. ... show more

    • Came without webcam
The laptop would be quite good actually, if it only had the working webcam it was supposed to have. I still don't know whether it is a software problem (incompatibility, absence of driver, etc.) or whether it is an actual hardware malfunction (damaged connection, faulty components or even total absence of camera), but in any case the end result is that I now have a computer that is not fully functional, as it should be considering it is a brand new acquisition. ... show more

    • Was great, but now it’s dead :(
It was great for a month but is now dead and won’t charge. Customer service responded to the first email but we have yet to hear back from them. If they fix the issue I’ll change it to 5 stars, as this is(was) a great device.

This is the very best value for your money , 32GB of Ram, 1TB SSD for as litle as U$D 1.000, I have a couple ACER Aspire notebooks and it is always a great choice, my oldest Aspire has 8 years and still working great
