Overall I'm happy with this purchase. Couple things you should be aware of before you spend your hard earned money. The Left and right triggers are a long mushy trigger action. Much more noticable then and original Xbox 1 or 360 controller. If you plan on doing serious gaming this probably won't be the controller for you. Also both joysticks are not tight they both have a little bit of play to them. There is no defined absolute center where they sit naturally. So far I have experienced no drift with them however I wont be surprised if and when that's the first thing that goes bad on this controller. For my use case this controller checks the boxes for what I intend to use it for. I got it for my daughter's and I to play retro games with. Precision isn't one of my needs for this. Just know what it is your going to be using this in and make the correct purchase for your situation. If you have hopes and dreams of becoming a serious gamer then spend the extra dollars to get a more tactile durable controller. It's one of those things that a controller does have an impact for players especially when 00.1 seconds time difference matters, same thing when having to be precise with movement of your character. 1 mm can be the deciding factor between a win and a loss. In the flip side of your just using it as something used to create lifelong memories with your kids then any controller is going to get the job done because it doesn't matter what controller you use as long as your having fun with the ones you cherish most and you use that money you saved from getting the most affordable option and use it to get ice cream or something. ... show more

I ordered this for my son after his favorite controller broke. He loves the look of it, but from day one the right joystick will constantly get stuck in the up position.
