I gave a 5 star rating, but because my eyes are bad right now till I have surgery on them. I was expecting some kind of small item that my husband could check his sugar while traveling.     • I was under the assumption that there would be 50 per case

I had to check the other one because the first one I opened had 47 in the case, the second one has 50. I know there are always going to be flukes here and there, but these are already so expensive as someone who has to buy them outside of insurance.
