Overall this is a pretty good cup holder, especially if you are connecting it to a baby stroller or something else that is used mainly on sidewalks and paved streets. I bought it to use on my golf push cart and it just isn't deep or sturdy/rigid enough to hold a stainless steel water bottle. Several times during a round, when the cart hits a bump or a rut, my water bottle goes flying.
