I recently bought the light and one worked for a couple day but man I tell u there customer service is freaking awesome they sent one out in just 2days!!! 5 star and plus they look really nice!!!!

    • Didn't work with 2004 Silverado
Tried to install on 2004 Chevy Silverado. The lights physically fit, but they were not electrically compatible. The only connection that worked was for the turn signal and it rapid flashed. The other two connectors did not work at all. Yes these are LED and need to be checked for right polarity. Did that and no change. The side connector for the small clearance bulb did not have the pins in the right location. It appears these lights do not fit all 2004 Silverado's. Too bad, because they look well made and are decently bright. I sent them back, but would have been happy to keep if they had fit and worked. One other issues is had to pay about $11 for return freight. Not use to that with Amazon. I will watch for that disclosure on future purchases. Usually I just drop the item off a the UPS Store with the appropriate barcode for return. This was not an option on this one. ... show more

    • Hopefully you have better luck then I did.
I have a 2004 silverado. It has auto headlights like all 03-06. When the truck is running and headlights are on the brake lights do not work. But if you turn the head lights off then they work. So I did some troubleshooting. Checked all the grounds, replaced the headlight switch, checked the wires, replaced the flash relay under the dash, replace the taillights junction box at the rear of the truck on the frame. All for nothing. Still doesn't work as interested. Put stock on back in on driver's side no problems at all. While the new passenger one still did not work. I even put voltage step down resistors on the passenger side to get the voltage to 11.1v still do not work with truck running and headlights on. Took them down the steet to a kids that has a 2002 SIlverado. Guess what they worked just fine. But he doesn't have auto headlight. So I threw in the towel and requested a return. After a few days got a reply yes you can return them. Hear is you return label's. Well kinda just a return address. Then read the fine print. All returns that are returned used or with cosmetic blemishes and damages will be subjected up to 50% restocking fees and up to 100% for materially different item. So I have to pay shipping back ok it is what it is. But 50% to 100% fee. For a blemish. Well you better wear gloves and keep them wrapped in bubble wrap so you dont scratch them. Also when I requested the return I informed them that I had been troubled shooting them trying to override the issue so I could keep them. Like probing wires and tapping into them to bypass. So moral of the story. I had no luck in a 2004 with this tail light set. They look cool but I would not recommend the headache and the loss of $140+.
