The frame was easy to assemble and could be done alone, but with two people it took about an hour. The canopy was the incorrect size, but customer service remedied the issue. It took about a week of back and forth emails and instead of a replacement canopy they sent us an entirely new gazebo. It could have been corrected sooner, but it appears customer service is several time zones away so communication was not in real time. Despite other negative reviews about customer service, our interaction with them was relatively pleasant and productive. We've had the frame and a temporary canopy that we bought up for about a month. Even with some high winds and breezy days, the gazebo is doing well. We can't address the waterproof aspect since the canopy we're using is not original to the frame. The frame does shake with strong winds, but it has never been in danger of collapsing. The gazebo came with anchors but we used additional, stronger anchors as well. One month in, with a replacement canopy, the gazebo is doing well, so far. I ordered a 10 x 12 ft. Canopy for my deck. The ring ends of the uprights were metal on their previous model and are now plastic. The Plastic rings which attach to my deck are crushed. B 4pcs (see picture). Also a screw slot of- Part M6x15mm -24 pcs + 1 pc is ‘Filled in’ and could not be used. (see picture The welding on this canopy seems to be better than the LUMPY welding that rusted after 2-3 years on their previous one ... show more

This was pretty easy to put together. The fabric is a little on the thin side. I’d read other reviews so I also purchased weather proofing spray. 2 cans & do 2 coats a day apart. Keeps the mosquitoes out! We attached it to our deck, so no problems torquing in the wind.

I love this gazebo! I got the 8’x8’ one that my 13 year old son and I put it together on our own. It was very easy to assemble, the instructions were easy to understand. Everything fit well, we had no issues putting any of it together. No guessing, no trying to fit pieces together that didn’t go. The wind did take ours against our fence pretty hard and one of the top bars bent, but we have since weighted the legs and no issues. I wish I had weighted it sooner to avoid the bend, but my family of six loves it! ... show more

Got it for a good price but I ordered navy and we got a tan/beige color instead. Assembly wasn’t too bad though one hole needed to be drilled because it didn’t come drilled in. We’re just keeping the beige because it’s too much of a hassle to return

I love this gazebo BUT the first rain it puddled up big time and sagged! It should have grommets in it to prevent this! Other than that plus the fact one pole was so difficult to put together, we probably won’t take that apart when we disassemble for winter….not a bad gazebo for price. Wish they sold replacement tops though. So many don’t and you have to buy a whole new one frame and all which just adds to landfills. ... show more

Edit. I got the 8x8. Love it! Good fit, so can't really get an exterior shot. I loved this canopy even though I needed to return it. The frame is 10x10, but the canopy is more like 11×11 - it simply didn't on my 10'2" deck. I'm bummed, but will probably just step down to an 8x8. If you've got the room, this looks like a great canopy ... show more

I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews but bit the bullet anyway. The screen house came very well packed, with all the necessary parts, and nothing damaged. With some careful planning, it can be erected by one person but obviously, 2 people would be easier. This was my first screen house and it has not been up long so durability is still a question. One thing I did learn is that screen houses have an unprotected margin between the screen and the roof so bugs WILL find you. Great shade! ... show more
