Like someone set up once, and packaged very well back up. To note when unpackaged: • The canopy was in the clear plastic bag and rolled up, then taped with masking tape. • The sides were packaged in the canopy labeled plastic bag; again, rolled and taped with masking tape. • The wheels and nuts were out of the package supplied for them.(scattered on bottom of box, only thing not packaged well). • Scuffs on the metal that holds the wheels on the bag: like it had been rolled across the floor. Other than the problems no tears, system went up exactly how it was was described. Looking to further use.     • Strong well built canopy

This canopy is fantastic! It is not a cheap slapped together -will work for a few events before breaking product like you get at the big box stores. It has strong fabric, strong steel construction, and well-designed locking mechanisms. It is not as easy to set up as a 10x10 because it is twice as big but with that said I was able to fully assemble it in about 15 minutes in my backyard without ever reading directions or getting help. If you are small of stature or not at all mechanically inclined you may struggle but once you figure it out it is easy. As others have said it is quite heavy but then again it's large and well constructed so this kind of goes hand in hand. I read a review where they said you cannot fold it up with the cloth canopy attached to the frame but this is not true. It folded up just like any other and fit easily back into the bag with the canopy on it. You would need to remove the sidewalls however, but that has been the case with any canopy I have ever used. When you get it out of the box if you were to expand just a little bit and then crawl inside, you can put your hand below the middle roof support in lift up. The entire canopy will expand itself out. Leave it quite low so that you can put the center support pieces in place (these will stay in place moving forward, they collapse with the frame) and then drape the entire canopy over the frame. With the roof cover mostly in place you can then lift it again from the center roof support slightly jostling it and all six legs will lock into place most of the time. The legs that don't lock are easily done one at a time. If you cannot lift 80 lb or so you will likely not be able to do this (should go without saying but if it's too heavy for you, you can't put it together without help anyway. If you can manage the weight it's easy to do). One review says it's too heavy and you need help. If it is too heavy for you then this would be true. For many of us it is not true and at 5'8 with a non-muscular build I'm not a big guy. One review said you cannot fold it up with a canopy roof on it but this is not true. It folds together roof attached like others and easily fits into the bag. One review said it takes 30 minutes to an hour to put together. This would be true if you can't manage the weight or if you are not mechanically intelligent. It is a big heavy duty canopy well constructed at a price point commensurate with what you get. I had high hopes for this canopy for my weekly art events. Many other vendors I know who use this brand recommended it to me due to how much easier it is to set up by yourself. And while that may be true to some extent you still have to work pretty hard to get it up, (and take down). The middle section that I thought I would be able to use to easily get it upright is not worth the effort. I also am annoyed that there is no instruction manual telling you about the tent and all the extra's that are on the canopy. Like, how am I supposed to know what this or that is for unless you tell me! It seems to hold well in rain and wind, which is great but I do wish that there was a better way to keep the side walls up when wanting to keep a wall open. It looks sloppy using just the velcro straps, so I have to just keep the sides off of the canopy if I want to have it open. This is a disadvantage as a vendor because you want to be able to block off your stuff when needed without having to zip them on and off of the canopy. It would be really great if the next time they designed a canopy that they took the advise from someone who is actually a vendor that could give them tips on how to make it a better canopy. Like making available small awnings for the top outside to prevent raining hitting on a customer as they check out your stuff. Hopefully, one day there will be a outstanding vending canopy for all to enjoy, until then this brand is probably the best you are going to find. ... show more

When I purchase anything on Amazon, I am a little apprehensive about the quality of the product. The awning is well built and heavy. I only have used the awning once but was easy to put together with two people and weather the rain that we experience well.

I had this tent up for two months during the storm season for a big woodworking project. The weather was extreme with winds up to 50 mph and lots of rain without any leaking, tearing or bending to the frame. The true test was whether or not it would fold back up without any issue. To my surprise I had no problem breaking it down for future use. The only maintenance required was tightening all of the screws for the next time I used it. I read a lot a lot of reviews on other tents before purchasing this product. A lot of the tents had issues when it came to whether and being able to collapse after a week of use. Most could not! This product is well built and designed for simplicity and durability. I did have all four sides of the tent up during that two month period. The sides acted like a sail and I did have to weigh down the posts with a significant amount of weight to keep the tent from sliding around. It does have a great anchor system with ropes and steaks I just couldn’t use them because I had it on pavement. I don't usually leave reviews but my expectations were blown away and I thought it would be necessary to share this with others. ... show more
