I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND buying as you will need to pay for the return unless you find it defective or have a problem. ORDER ELSEWHERE because there are sellers who will offer a true free returns. The return policy reads full refund if within the return window. Actually a really nice rug. It's plush. It has a nice shimmer to it. I just don't think it works for the home office/piano room I am working on. Looking for something to pull it all in together with some photog pics I took. I didn't care for how blue the blue is in the rug. I was hoping for a navy / dark blue as opposed to the post office blue. (The black and white pics and black frame may show the blue) I was even more disappointed and UPSET to find that to return the rug, I have to pay $7.18 for a UPS drop off instead of an Amazon drop off. I went back and re-read the seller's return policy and it doesnt read information of the sort. I would definitely think that should be mentioned in the policy. I would NOT have purchased if I knew I would have to pay for the return. ... show more

This rug is absolutely beautiful. I’ve been searching for a rug with cream and blue for a very long time, and this one just started showing up in my searches recently. I took a gamble and i am very very happy. The blue varies depending on your lighting, it can look almost like a navy but also a light blue. The carpet is soft, it unrolls very nicely and best of all it was delivered ahead of schedule. Take careful note of which color you are ordering, because the pictures in the listing don’t seem to match the descriptions, depending on the size. This is a good quality rug for the cost but the rug I received is a very light baby blue/silver. It looks nothing like the pictures. Not only that, the return policy is very misleading. It says free returns so first the seller had to accept my return request. Then I get a shipping label with no instructions on where to take it and it turns out I have to pay for shipping. I’ll take it to ups and see how much it’s going to be but it’s likely going to cost the amount of the carpet itself. Very disappointed. It seems like a good quality rug but don’t expect it to look like the pictures at all and absolutely hate the color and can’t use it. Edit: so I brought the rug to ups with the shipping label and it costs $120 to ship it back. ... show more

It’s a thinner carpet by design but is still soft and comfortable to walk on. It cleans very easily despite the lighter colors, and hasn’t pulled up a lot of material. Just don’t forget to buy sticky pads for those corners!
