You’ll need a drill and a drill bit assortment. The drill/bit is to enlarge a couple/as needed set bolt hole just slightly but it was necessary. You’ll see. I did a lot of research and ended up buying this for my 2007 Ford explorer. I had to use some rivet nuts to get the most distance between my racks but once installed they work perfectly. Lots of tie down points and are extremely heavy duty. I would suggest buy the wind noise attachment which is made by the same company! Mine can be very noisy without load. ... show more

Excellent quality rack. Would have given 5 stars if it weren't for hole to thread misplacement. Once remedied it fit perfect and is a valuable addition to my business.
