This printer would get a much better rating but I have a problem with the paper feed and it will not work. I ordered the “tools” needed to fix it. I’ve looked at every video on You Tube, which are ALL in Japanese, and called every “United States” number available. No English at all. They converse only by text with an app that translates. It is impossible for me to understand or them to understand me. A simple problem and I have no printer. Do not waste your money on this printer. Pay the extra and get a better one. This printer has been printing well been using it about 2 weeks! Had a little hiccup today and I reached out the to them with the contact number that was listed on paperwork that I received with printer and the response was quick and fix my problem definitely recommend this sell! Thank you again!

I was in the middle of a order and my printer stopped. I called on a weekend out of hours and still got a picture tutorial on how to fix it! Very happy. Can still see lines in my prints from the nozzle that’s why not 5 stars. Def recommend for beginners

It's hard for these people to answer, trust me is better if you buy the right thing even if it is more expensive. This generic brand is bad and there is no technical support. I bought but the software was crashing so I tried to redownload it but it won't download . I called " technical support" and no answer. ... show more

    • Doesn’t print correctly
After a couple of prints the colors stop printing correctly, did all the test, checked nozzles, everything is where it goes and nothing is clogged, Contacted seller to return and nothing. I’m very angry as this is not a cheap printer

    • Takes patience but worth it
It's definitely a learning curve but so far it's been working as it should. I've had to contact the customer service acouple times during set up but they got right back to me and helped with no problems. Definitely recommend

    • Wanted to charge me again for already bought software
When software crashed they wanted remote access and wanted to charge me another $25 for the software I already purchased and had on a flash drive.
