I didn't like the fact that there is only a hundred and so gigabytes on the SD card and there's no way to transfer anything from the phone as an apps or pictures to the SD card so I was over my local storage amt within hours of getting phone. Glitches so much followed my exiting out of the app and lastly do not like the black oval around the camera on the face of the phone you can't see what is behind it in any application or game you're playing even if you flip the phone upside down because the black circle flips with it just on the other end now you just have the screen from the camera also has trouble staying connected to my Wi-Fi app even at my house keeps disconnecting ... show more

    • Why are there no cases?

I have a couple complaints about this phone- one is that there are absolutely no hard cases available for these phones. I have searched high and low, and cannot find a hard case that fits. I have purchased two that I thought would fit, and I have to send them back. That's a big deal to me because I don't want to break or scratch my phone. The camera and buttons are on the same side, unlike the IPhone Pro Max, which are on opposite sides of each other. Impossible to find a case. Screen protectors are also hard to find. I bought a pack that aren't made for this phone, but instead of sending them back, I just had to make them work for the sake of my screen. Second, this is a type "C" port phone and I have to get an adapter to charge and listen to music at the same time. (Just purchased a pack of adapters, and they fit great, but the music still plays from my phone and not the headphones. That's not an issue specific to the phone itself, but overall very frustrating.) The phone itself runs smoothly and I don't have complaints with how it operates. ... show more

Runs fast, and smooth, has memory, good camera, fingerprint and face recognition to unlock, all the features you want on a phone these days, but without the ridiculous price. Perfect for my teenager who has broke a couple phones already!
