This product was on my car less than a year before it went bad causing excess wear on my tires and danger on the road. The car jerks and swerves at the slightest pit in the road. We contacted A-Premium, the manufacturer who has a three year warranty and they said since it was bought on Amazon we had the one year warranty. Premiumparts Wholesale, who is the Amazon seller said they would give us 10% off the same part since we are over a year. The shipping date was around 07-16-23 and I began contacting on 07-26-24. Bad part. Bad service. If they replaced for free, fine until I could get a better quality product. However, spending any amount for such a bad overall experience is not worth it. ... show more

I bought this for my 2016 QX60 almost two months ago, and lo and behold, it's a piece of trash. It decided to stop functioning on the highway, and I got into a wreck because I was unable to steer; the steering system became unresponsive. As if that wasn't bad enough, Amazon is not taking responsibility for getting me my refund or covering my medical bills. The "1-year warranty" is a lie; they just give me the runaround. My leg is in chronic pain,I cant walk, and I now have no car and no one is taking responsibility. Thanks. ... show more
