  • Very healthy young tree
I love how healthy the tree was on arrival, after 2 weeks it hasnt lost any needles and theyre all still green. Didnt lose too much soil around the roots either in shipping, unlike some sellers on ebay it came with plenty of soil

  • Little small
For the cost I thought it would be bigger mine was 1 inch tall by 2 inches wide pretty small for the pot it was in. If it lives ill be happy.

  • Tree was damaged, later died
When I got this tree. It appeared to be damaged. I tried to nurse it back to health and initially succeeded. But six months later. It died. My complaint is that they need to be careful how to package them. Juniper are very sensitive.

Let's end with the good. I ordered 7 plants which were haphazardly jammed in a box not standing up with little or no protective wrapping. One of the 7 did suffer a broken limb. The others only minimal foliage damage. Age and size ranged from a beautiful draping 6" or more tree. To what seemed to look like a 2" newer seedling. Again I was amazed at how they packed these little trees in the box being I have ordered some more expensive bonsia trees that were wrapped to a luxury and very well protected. That being said its been a week since their unveiling and all trees seem to be doing well. The goods. Good soil and moist upon arrival. Aside from the tree with a broken limb (which broke off half the plant) from shipping or mispacking. The price is unbeatable from what I've seen. Avg tree height I would say about 3" most of which have two branch clusters emerging from the soil (5 of 7). But for those who want a few new affordable trees to play with, this fits the pot. ... show more

  • Cute little baby juniper
This is a really cute little miniature juniper tree. It has a nice shape, this is my first time with a bonsai and I think this one looks great. The company ships the all their plants very carefully in bubble wrap and almost all the plants I've ordered from them have been in great shape. This one has a little bit of brown on some of the stems but mostly vibrant green. 7 month Update: it has been almost 7 months since I first got it and this spring it really started showing vibrant new growth and is doing great! During the winter it was dormant so I kept it in a cool room with south-facing windows (around 45-50 F) and watered it occasionally with the rest of my succulents and plants. Honestly I didn't even know if I could keep it alive, it wasn't doing anything for a long time. Once I saw a lot of new growth I trimmed off a few small branches (I stuck them in the soil just to see if they would take root.) I'm very happy with this juniper bonsai! ... show more

  • Defective bonsai product.
The apex of trunk was broken before shipment. Now I have to use one of the top primary branches to continue development of the main trunk. Won’t buy from them again.
