Description

Native to Cameroon in West Africa, this shrub wetland species of plant is known for is stability and tranquility. These ornamental plants bring fortune and happiness to anyone who keeps them in their home or work place. The stalks are braided and twist to form a unified thick stem. In their natural habitat, they’re usually shaded by other taller plants because they can’t tolerate direct sunlight. Set them in a bright area but away from windows where they could be exposed to full sunlight. They like temperatures from about 60F to 90F. Trim off dead or yellowing leaves on the plant to encourage new, healthier growth. Care Instructions included.

I have order this twice before and have been very pleased. Not this time. The leaves were barely 3 inches tall and some of the stalks did not look healthy. After a month leaves on some stalks were yellowing. After another month 12 stalks were definitely dead. When I removed them there were minimal/no roots on them. The leaves on the remaining stalks are growing but it will be months before it looks like the picture. A real disappointment. ... show more

Got the largest arranged 3 tier. Arrived frozen solid. No tracking or notification of arrival on a 10 delivery. not marked live plants or perishable. left in mailbox, in Colorado, in December. DHL to USPS to my mailbox. Slow. Cross country delivery. Just a baggie of water wrapped with a rubber band dropped into packing peanuts. Very sparse growth. Tiny shoots. Many fallen off and the rest have frozen and have transparent leaves. Company sent advice to give it a week with filtered light. That’s not going to work, gave it 2 days so far but the stalks are yellowed and mushy, not firm and green, the leaves are transparent and squishy at the joins. Maybe half the stalks will come back after dropping their leaf spouts. Ill have naked stalks and need to pull out the dead ones or they’ll rot. It will not ever be the pretty arrangement I paid for. The company is being good about it so far and hopefully they will refund me. But I still think packaging and delivery method/system needs improvement and suggest caution in purchasing during hot and cold extremes in your area. ... show more
