  • It is a great tool that gives managers at all levels a solid ...
Our company purchased this book for all our managers. It is a great tool that gives managers at all levels a solid foundation for tailoring their interviewing style. Feedback from our managers was positive. Most of the time, the basic interview questions are asked by hiring managers. How do you move beyond the questions that give back basic replies and commonplace answers and get to the REAL answers you're looking for? This book will help you craft your questions so that you get the information you need to determine if a candidate will be a good hire. ... show more

  • Excellent!!!
Love this book...of course you shouldn't ask or be asked all 96 but it's got a lot of great things to think about. If you have an interview coming up, highly recommend you read this. You can get the answers in your head instead of fumbling around for the answer. As an interviewer, I would definitely select some of these that are off the grid of typical interview questions...you will uncover some interesting things about the candidate! ... show more

  • Great for help with interview questions.
Bought this book to help with my interviewing style and to make sure I am getting the most out of each interview. I found it very helpful and informative. ... show more

  • Very good information...
This is a good book if you conduct interviews. This book is a great resource for managers and HR professionals. It helps you brush up on your interview techniques and highlights how to conduct an interview. I would recommend this book for anyone who needs a quick "how to" interview guide.

  • Better questions yield better results.
It provides a good template for questions that are not your ordinary run of the mill type. If mediocrity is your goal, keep using the same old questions, if progress in your organization is important, learn to incorporate this book into your questioning procedure.
