I got this chafing dish to use for our holiday dinners with family, the overall quality is really nice, the entire unit is pretty much made of stainless steel, with a plastic lid that opens and closes without having to completely remove the lid, it has 2 decent sized severing dishes that sit nicely in the unit and I really like that there is a good amount of room between the bottom of the serving dishes to the unit for the water, I had the unit on for well over 3hrs at 160° and I never had to add anymore water to the unit, the unit has an LCD display screen that shows the temperature setting, the one thing I like the most about this unit is that it kept the food evenly warmed the entire time I used it, the unit came with 2 thin serving tongs and a removable power cord that is a 3 prong grounded cord, all in all I am very happy with the overall quality of this chafing dish and with the way it keeps the food warm, well worth the price in my opinion. ... show more

This is really heavy duty. I love that it's electric and don't need those little cans anymore. Quality is good. Size is huge. It's really easy to use and nothing really to assemble. I really like that is has two sections and a cover. This is a nice chafing dish for home/small gathering use. I don't think it would hold up to commercial use. This is a really great quality electric chafing dishes. This was perfect for my event last weekend, and the electric heat source and temperature display made it easy to keep a hot dish at the right temperatures without worrying about any flames. The clear cover that slides back for access to food makes it nice to see rge food while protecting it, and keeping it warm. This was easy to use, easy to clean, looked great and worked wonderfully. I like the size of this and the fact it has an adjustable control. The clear lid is nice and folds back into a sneeze guard. I can’t wait to use it on Easter for a large family gathering where I will fill it with macaroni and cheese on one side and smoked ham on the other. This is a very nice chafing setup that does not rely on external fuel sources or flame. The electric heating element is safer and more consistent, you also don't have to keep checking it to see if the fuel needs to be replaced. This chafing dish buffet set is great! It looks sleek and classy, and works well. It heats up nicely and the extras that come with it are a plus. It's really easy to assemble and set up. It's pretty simple to turn on and set as well. It's a bit bulky storage wise but I made the space.

This is a very good quality chafing dish. It has a deep water well for extended use. It kept my food at the proper temp during a 4 hour event without needing to be refilled. The parts are all quality material that will hold up to lots of wear and tear.
