I bought the first one and loved it so much. I bought a second one and realized putting it together. I could do it this other way and not use the backs and it became huge yet still sturdy for my closet. I have to I’m considering buying a third one or maybe even a fourth they are so sturdy and so easy to put together and I can use pieces of the first one or the second one for the third one. I am completely happy with my purchase of the shelving unit. I read the listing carefully and which is what you need to do. This cube is designed for storing home items, clothes, books, and personal favorite items (which is what it states in the listing, and that is just what it should be used for. It was neatly packed for me. Directions were easy to read and follow. Also came with mounting for the wall. For what I needed I did not have to use the straps. It came with extra parts also easy to take apart to reconfigure Did not take but 1/2 hour to 45 mins. to put together. The most consuming time was taking the parts out of the packages. As far as people saying it is not sturdy that depends on what you have in mind to put on the shelves. What it says about the weight is accurate and the measurements so if you read them then there should be no bad reviews unless it comes defective then just get a return and order another ( Company is good about returns since I had to do that)..THINGS HAPPEN ... show more

Looks decent, easy to clean, sturdy as long as the pieces are snapped together tightly enough. Just getting them all together was a headache. Would snap one corner together and another would pop off. Hard to get apart once they've been snapped in. Comes with plenty of joint pieces, but not enough dividers so had to order 2sets, and still am a few short. Doesn't help that one came broken so it's unusable. Another true example of you get what you paid for, aka, cheap price so expect cheap product. It gets the job done though. ... show more

I have a 2 x 2 space in the back of my closet that I had crammed with dresses and old Girl Scout crap in the bottom. I cleaned everything out and built this thing and it fits like a glove! It fits beautifully in my 24 inch space. I had just enough or I built the edges around the top where I can put my purses or my boots up high. If it’s all the storage cubes and with it being transparent, I can flip my little light on and see everything with no problems. I just had surgery three weeks ago so I’m taking it easy right now, but I’m getting restless. I built this with no problem in about 30 minutes. You just snap it in place. I did not use the twist ties because it fits so snug in there. I didn’t have to worry about it. I’m gonna probably buy another one for my husband side As well as our hall closet. It is a thick plastic like the folders you use for school. But it’s very secure and sturdy the way they clip together. And it let you know it’s in there with a firm snap. I highly recommend. While the design quality and sturdiness is great, and it is easy to assemble, the depth of the final shelves/boxes is very less - wont even fit a standard tshirt when folded. Have to fold all clothes in three ply to fit, which then makes them too bulky and barely allows me to fit 4-5 in a box. Overall, ok for books and decorative items.. or maybe kids' closets.. not for adult clothes storage ... show more

I originally bought this for a vendor event, but it isn't going to work for the intended purpose I had in mind. It takes too long to put together, to take down and do it all again. SO now that it is up, I'm leaving it up. :) It is now a permanent fixture in my art room, helping me stay organized. It is sturdy when all set up and linked together. it is movable and durable.
