  • Lots of great classical music in here
I've found myself enjoying these very much. Sometimes having to turn the page throws me off from time to time, but overall most of the pieces are just perfect for a beginner such as myself. Keep in mind however, I had already learned notes on the Treble Clef due to band in high school, most of my issues lay with the Bass Clef. For a genuine beginner with little experience with either staff, they might take a little time to get through them. ... show more

  • No MP3s
No MP3s are included of the songs, unlike other books in this series, which makes it less useful for beginners.

  • Great arrangements
Soooo happy to have found this book! I wanted so badly to have my piano students play classical music, and this allows even my 6 year olds the chance to learn and be exposed to good quality music. There is a great range of playability in the book, too! Great find. I'll use it for many years to come.

  • kinda crappy
The book is crappy quality and doesn't really sit open well. Keeps falling off because the pages/structure is so flimsy. Also the variations are overly simple.

  • Three Stars
Not as good as I had hoped
