Fair Price. Installs like any remote pad. The only difference is this - the 'enter' key. You key in your code and then hit 'enter'. It works fine. Garage door is open. On my old keypad, if I hit 'enter' after the garage door is open, I could close the garage door without having to re-enter the code. That was convenient, when you're leaving the garage and need to close the door, But this one requires you to 're-enter' the code first. Maybe it's a safety thing. Maybe it's a coding issue. But it's different from my original keypad that allowed me to just hit enter and close the g door. ... show more

This works great but is impossible to see the blinking lights installing it during a sunny day. We tried blocking the sun, but it still was not bright enough to see it blink. I took it off and inside you could see the blinking reddish lights. Must have tried it 6 or 8 times outside. We waited til the sun went down and we could see the blinking lights and tried it again and the first time it worked. ... show more
