Great product if there were some instruction. Difficult to select how to play music and difficult to find shuffle. I put 3 short videos on it and now they are mostly whited out with multicolors. The music sounds great on the player, Wish it was easier to use.

It will not allow google to open webpage but goes to the unlock screen instead. I use this for the gym so you have to login to the webpage. Just know it will not work. At home with imputed password it was fine. I explicitly bought it for gym. And a device like this won't have internet unless you near internet.....hopefully it be omes more versatile in the future. ... show more

When I had problems setting up my mp3 player. They quickly responded with a video that helped me. However there was complications and they offered to send me a brand new one. They were quick to respond and took time to help me.

I bought this to stream internet radio stations to my stereo through Bluetooth or the headphone jack connection. I did accomplished each of those. The device does have WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, though it may take a bit of time to get connected to the WiFi. The response to screen touch commands can be slow. Sometimes I don't know if the command has been taken, and I just had to learn to be patient. Logging into Google Play took several tries because the device would disconnect from the app, or the screen would lock. But once I got into Google Play I could download the apps I wanted and work my way, slowly, through the settings. Powering on the device is also slow. I set up a lock screen pattern and sometimes for no apparent reason the lock screen comes back on when I am trying to access an app. Its a little frustrating, but once connections are made and the app I want is running, the device streams audio over WiFi just fine. The two apps I use most are iHeartRadio and Chrome. I haven't downloaded music to the device so can't comment on how well it works for downloading and playing locally stored music. ... show more

After putting this player through its paces, I am delighted by the remarkable mix of substantial storage capacity, long-lasting construction, and a variety of connecting possibilities. The design, which was both elegant and sturdy, impressed me right away once I took it out of the package. The display on the touchscreen, which measures 4 inches, is clear and vivid. Even though it is big enough to include record artwork, the player is still small enough to carry in my pocket. I got it for audiobooks (Smart Audiobook Player) and it works great. The music player (Hiby) is brain dead and sorts every folder and is stuck on 'shuffle all'. I have over 100 albums. Go to look for song and find twenty track 1's then twenty track 2's.
