Purchased this item in April, it's June and it's starting to tear or pull apart in places. Was happy with it until yesterday when I noticed the first area where it pulled apart. It's NOT cut, or else the cross stitches wouldn't be connected. I took very good care not to damage it too. Tried to contact Amazon to return it or get a refund or have them send a new one and found out that it's a "non-returnable item". Oh well I guess Amazon screwed me over, big surprise. ... show more

Cover seems to be good quality. The strap system is a little confusing at first but overall for the price it seems pretty solid. I don’t know about durability yet as I’ve only had it for about a week but it seems just as heavy duty as a custom 200$ cover it’s replacing

Great product. Very pleased with it...BUT: Unfortunately I didn't open the cover out until time to store the boat. Mine had 2 very neat slices. The return/replacement period with Amazon had expired, and i could not find a way to discuss the matter with them. If you order one of these you may want to immediately open it completely out and inspect it for damage. ... show more
