I love this sofa, and I am really glad I bought it; having searched high and low on-line for a reasonably priced, deep seated, soft, but firm sofa that I could sleep on. (It only took me a year to decide on one, and this is it). I didn't want a futon or a convertible; I just wanted a deep seated sofa, that was comfortable, nice to look at, and didn't break the bank. No big deal! Now they all claim to be deep seated, but when it comes down to it, twenty inches is not deep in a couch! Not enough room for me and my dog! This couch sports a whopping 32 inches depth to the bottom cushions, and about 6 inches thick; the back cushions are as thick, and sit on top of the seat cushions, and all are removeable. All and all this sofa is very comfortable to sit or sleep on, and the fact that I have been sleeping just fine on it for a month now is a testament to it's comfort-ability. Shipping was fast on this couch, only 4 days from placing my order, it came in two boxes, the same in each box, nicely wrapped in plastic with everything you need to assemble the sofa; it only takes about an hour for one person to un-wrap, and assemble. It looks real nice in my room, so inviting; it would go with anything, and it's comfortable! That being said, there are a few things that I would do, and have done to enhance my comfort level when using this sofa. (1.) Raise it by 4 inches; it comes with 2 inch feet (which had me sitting with my knees in my armpits), so I purchased 6 inch wooden legs on Amazon ( I could have gone 8 or 10 inches even). Now I can get out of it easier! (2.) I would make the frame one long piece instead of two sections that connect in the middle of the sofa. This causes a hard high spot in the center, forcing you to sit left or right of the center. (3.) More, softer stuffing in the bottom cushions (at least another 4 inches) would be my preference. That's just my opinion...I would buy it again...I would recommend this sofa to a friend... If you are sitting on the fence about purchasing this sofa just buy it already! It's well worth the price, you'll be glad that you did; I know I am! ... show more

This Cloud Sofa is amazingly comfortable in every way. The material is as soft as a babies bottom and the seats and back are so easy to sink right into. Not the bad way of sinking but the fluffy way of sinking! The price was right as well. I would recommend the Cloud Sofa for anyone who wants a fine looking, well made piece of furniture! I’ve tried to post a review and apparently it violated something so I will keep this focused on the item itself. One half is very dark gray and a more cotton material. The other half is a light gray and more of a velvety material. They also aren’t the same height. I had to buy 4” legs for one half and 6” legs for the other half. I don’t know how else to put this to keep it within the guidelines but I do believe it’s important customers know the picture is not what you get. ... show more

Initially, I was skeptical about buying a couch online without trying it first. After a local furniture set I ordered didn’t fit through my front door (yes, I should have measured!), I looked for a small interim couch on Amazon, planning to buy a sectional later. I ordered the beige colored couch and it looks very nice. While assembling the couch, I noted it sits quite low to the ground. Overall, I'm pleasantly surprised; it fits well in a small space and is the most comfortable couch I've ever sat on. I wish it were larger, as I'd keep it and buy a second, but its low height has me opting for a new sectional when I move. Assembly was easy with straightforward instructions, and the packaging was good. The couch is well-made and sturdy, with heavy cushions that expand nicely when unpacked. I'm giving it four stars because while it’s perfect for a small apartment, it’s too small for my new house. It's comfortable, well-constructed, and the fabric is nice—definitely a great value. My first thought about this product is that it fit perfectly with a bright room. I have been a fan of white colors and this product hit the hot spot. This product also comes with three colors that you can choose from such as Beige , Grey and Khaki. The sofa is about 6 feet 7 inches and fits in any living room perfectly. This product is easy to install but might need two people to install it. The texture of the sofa is smooth and cozy, it also comes with a pillow design armrest, which is so useful when you come home from a stressful day and you just want to relax.
