Dear owner of fly boots business. I purchased your fly boots. They worked for 3 weeks until the plastic stabilizer guards broke through mesh material and they keep coming out. Just am FYI for when you make more of these. Maybe reinforce the stitching around where you put the plastic stabilizers. They break through. Both sets of mine has done this. ... show more

Well like a dummy, I did not read the reviews before ordering. These shields are huge. As far as the complaints for product falling apart, will review and add to this review. In order to hold them on, had to wrap duct tape around the mesh. In order to hold them up, it would have been better if they made the Velcro longer, that way this product would stay up. But very disappointed with the sizing. I wmpravised with the duct tape as I did not have time to wait due to all the rain we have had.. will add to this review once I see how they hold up. ... show more

Unfortunately the price and color options were what caught my eye so I thought I'd give it a go but won't be purchasing again. The plastic "supports" of the boots broke through the stitching within a week and the boots have sagged. Velcro is very sticky though but the plastic stabilizers aren't stabilizing and these fall apart in a week or two of every day use. ... show more

Waste of money. The plastic that keeps these rigid was coming out within days, then they slouch down uselessly. The material never ripped, but they just weren't designed to withstand the constant motion a horse will put them through.
