worked until it didnt. about 4 months into this christmas gift the bottom “panel” thingy kept falling off. they have never been in the dishwasher and have always been hand washed the entire time we have had them. but one by one the bottoms have started to fall off. i dont know the purpose of these things or if it is fine to use them without it but it just makes no sense and they look unfinished. was a great gift until that happened. ... show more

I bought this as gift for someone. I never got any feedback so I figured it was good. I bought this tumbler because my friend loves black and white accessories. I was visiting and saw the tumbler and almost choked, the outside of the cup was all peeling and chipping off. I asked if it had been hand washed or had been put in the dishwasher. I was assured it had only been hand washed as the directions instructed. We both keep our cups in the refrigerator (I bought mine from a different source in a different color). My cup is perfect. I have to see if I can purchase another cup to replace this one but will have to go back to see who I bought mine from and see if I can get in black from that seller on Amazon. This may be a case of a bad batch but so disappointed especially since it was a gift. I will see if I can get a picture and add an update if I do. ... show more

We ordered the silver cups. These cups are really attractive on the table while keeping any liquid cold or very hot. After keeping drinks on ice cubes for dinner, I have often found some ice cubes still frozen in those cups on the next morning. They keep coffee hot for a long time, as well. I can’t recall whether the packaging said whether those silver cups were “dishwasher safe” or not but I have put them in my dishwasher several times (I use low heat dry.) and they still look like new. I am going to order another 4 cups because the price is so reasonable and the quality is really high. I had previously purchased painted insulated cups before with another vender and found that the dishwasher caused the paint to begin to chip on the edge. I was concerned about swallowing the small chips, so I disposed of them. I recommend these non-painted cups in order to avoid that problem. ... show more

These were such very nice quality for the price that I was surprised. I will first tell you that I am a Yeti snob. I needed a dozen of these to personalize for the ladies who work with my grandfather at his care home & I got so many complements. They want me to make additional ones for their family now so I ordered another dozen from the same company. (I wish that I could afford Yetis but these are very close to as nice.) I bought this tumbler and used it once, hand wash only and the coating is coming off. I'm really sad because I loved this tumbler so did the 6 other people I bought them for but in different colors

I ordered two of these in the rose gold for a girls trip with my best friend. We added our names so the product does not come with that. These were very pretty. The color sparkles just enough to make it pretty but not gawdy. The website nor my picture shows how pretty the color is. They fit perfectly in your hand. Kept our ice and drinks cold all day in an 80°F indoor waterpark. We also felt they looked very classy (before we added our names for fun). I am very happy and would buy these again. ... show more
