I used these originally in my new inkjet printer. Every sheet got jammed. One of the labels actually got stuck in the printer. There was no way of thoroughly removing it because of the glue. Luckily it was a new printer and I was able to return it because they claimed it printed labels. Purchased a laser printer that was made for printing thicker paper (labels & photos). I like them for several reasons. They print nicely in my home computer. And I find that if I only use one label, I can cut the page is half, use the printed one and save the other half which will fit in my printer. Also, they can be cut to size for small packages.     • Light weight alternative to more expensive Avery 5126 labels

I have sold on eBay for over 15 years and have tried all kinds of half sheet labels. The industry standard is the Avery 5126 labels but they are double the price and double the weight. I personally prefer the cheaper labels but my go to brand has recently disappeared so I tried these. I am very happy I did. I have a old, low-end HP Deskjet printer model D1455 that I have used for over a decade. It has the cheapest ink and is truly a workhorse but can be finicky and temperamental. It doesn't like the heavy, industrial standard labels. They tend to get jammed up or printed askew. It has absolutely no problem with these labels, even if I cut them in half. They are thin and light weight very much like a normal piece of regular printer paper. Other reviews mentioned problems with ink based printers but I have burned through most of my stack and haven't had an issue. Can not speak for laser jet or other models. The major drawback of these labels is they are difficult to peel off and the bottom of the stock is not labeled so it can be a challenge to see which way is right side up! My trick is to bend the paper in half to see if the corner starts to peel away and then keep the entire stack sticky side up. That way I grab from the top, flip it over and print it out. As far as peeling goes, try bending the corner back and forth until it breaks away. ... show more
