  • Excellent value if you get a sharp copy
Size: for Nikon Z mount *: Version Ⅱ
I bought this lens twice. The first one was good, but seemed a little soft at the edges. The first one I bought was from another online retailer. The Amazon one I received is tack sharp all across the lens. This is a fun lens which gives you 180 degree view. Yes there is distortion of the view (depending what you are photographing, inside/outside, and how you hold/point the lens), but I have been able to correct the distortion if I wanted in Lightroom to "straighten" out the view. I have a couple other wide angle lenses but this is a lens that really opens up the world, in creative ways! The manual focusing is easy with focus peaking. For the reasonable cost of this lens, it's a great value. ... show more

  • Pop a fish in your bag.
Size: for Fujifilm FX mount *: Version Ⅱ
Now and again you need an unapologetically distorted shot using a fish-eye. This lens is that lens. It’s magnificent to use, as its metal construction and smoothness are sublime. On a mirrorless camera, you can easily preview the exposure (the benefit of the mirrorless). There is a lens cap, but the pedals are good guards of the naked front element but schmutz is inevitable. Peak focus works well. Would buy again. ... show more

  • Took a little getting used to with focus but takes awesome shots for the cost
Size: for Canon EOS M mount *: Version Ⅱ
This lens feels quite solid and does a great job as a diagonal fisheye

  • A fun lens for not too much money
Size: M43 mount *: Version Ⅱ
A nice super wide angle lens that’s not quite a true fisheye but does produce images with a fair amount of rectiliIt does provide a full frame image, unlike a true fisheye. near distortion. The mount is metal, not plastic, which is a plus. The controls are a bit cramped and difficult to use, but this is a lens you basically set and forget. For the money, it’s a good deal, especially if you catch one of the frequent sales. Five stars for fun. ... show more

  • More versatile than a "true" fisheye on m43
The fisheye look is classic, but also somewhat of a niche tool. I often find it too be a bit too extreme for its own good. I think that's why I like this product so much. On an aps-c camera this is a true fisheye. On m43, it retains the fisheye character, but toned down just a bit. In my opinion that makes it a little more versatile. I find myself using this lens much more than I thought I would. A couple of minor points... 1. The friction lens cap is not my favorite. I would prefer something like what you'd find on the samyang/rokinon lens 2. I personally don't like the click-less aperture. I find its always in a different position every time I go to use the lens 3. Rear lens cap had a very loose fit. ... show more

  • FLIMSY LENS, BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT
The metal ring used to attach the lens to the camera broke within 6 months of use. Customer support is basically unreachable, I've tried calling and have had no answer. They also have an international number, so just trying to call them costs money. I also tried to get help through Amazon, and they just gave me the company email. The lens is nice, but too flimsy for constant use [or I happened to get a bad one]. You get what you pay for. ... show more
