If you were looking for a queen size pull out bed for a smaller room in your home, camper condo or rental unit, don’t pass this one up. We replaced a larger pullout with this smaller one and we absolutely love it. It fits great in the room. The quality is better than expected for the price point that it was selling at and very comfortable for me to sit on. The only suggestion I would give out is when they deliver to your home. Have them place it upside down not right side up because the first thing you have to do is attach the legs. when we got our unit, they had it right side up and my husband and I at the ages of 73 and 74 had to turn the upside down to the legs. Had we known that we would’ve had the delivery people put it up. Shipping company was polite on time and professional. we are very happy to have this couches in addition to our home. ... show more

Comfortable with soft fabric. Did not come with instructions but easy to assemble once we figured out that the couch (the middle section) comes up and slides down into the rails of the side/arms, not the other way around. :-) Perfect for our guest room.
