The media could not be loaded. We love this wardrobe. It has lots of room, nice soft close hinges and full extension drawer slides. When it was delivered I unboxed it and brought it in piece by piece because it is heavy. Assembly took about an hour and the instruction are clear and labeled nicely. The media could not be loaded. This can in 2 huge heavy boxes. All parts/pieces were accounted for. The mirror had come off of the door in shipping so I had to use heavy duty glue to reapply to the door. Other than that no damage to any of the other materials. I was able to follow the instructions fairly well, there was a time two I had to really study the diagram to determine what I needed to do, but overall it’s pretty clear. There are some areas where you will need at least another set of hands to be able to complete a step. But I would say I did 95% by myself. I was very disappointed when it was done that one of the closet doors hits the door that butts up next to it and it pops every time you open it, also one of the drawers is off so much that it will not close because it hits the two drawers on either side of it. I was about in tears as it took me a long time to get it together because I took my time to make sure each step lined up correctly and was tightened because this was for my 15 year old boys room as his only closet so I knew it needed to be done right. I was in tears when I did all that work for it to still not line up correctly. But if you look past those two things it’s a very good closet with a lot of storage space. I just wished after spending that much money it would have lined up perfectly and work without any flaws ... show more

I was concerned when the item arrived because the box was smashed in a few places but the seller did an amazing job packing because there was absolutely no damage to the product. The instructions were easy to follow and I was able to put it together alone, although I imagine it would have been faster with a second set of hands helping. It’s a big piece of furniture so can be overwhelming but if you take your time and follow the instructions you shouldn’t have any issues. Once finished, the armoire looks great and the black handles go perfectly with the white product. Each piece of hardware came with an extra which was a nice touch in case you lose pieces. Overall a perfect solution to our lack of bedroom storage and customer service was very good. ... show more

The wardrobe is a lot more spacious than I imagined, and fits a lot more. Looks great too! The parts fit well. It wasn’t too difficult to assemble, but may take more time than you think because there are quite a few parts.

We got two cabinets to provide extra storage in our basement. While making the first cabinet, an important piece broke and we were not able to complete the cabinet for a while. Eventually, the seller helped us with figuring out how to solve the issue. The cabinet looks really great and adds a lot of storage space in our basement. but it is very hard to assembly. Yes, they sent you the Instructions on the video how to assembly it, but if you don’t have a skillful mind, you can get it done.
