I shop on Amazon A LOT, and I think this is the first review I have ever sent. There are very good reasons why I am writing this one. I have been on earth long enough to remember what true Customer Service was like. Today…well today it is almost non-existent, so when I do receive excellent Customer Service and an overall good experience I feel I should start taking the time to point it out as they are now the exception and not the rule. *I ordered this product to use in a little house. I liked the following: it’s metal, more light than heavy, has legs, has these little holes in the top 12” or so on the doors panels which to me made it look more cute than utilitarian. I wanted two, but ordered one to make sure it was what I wanted. I was a little nervous when I first opened it because well, ya just never know right? Well, I opened it and was very impressed with the way it was packaged, then I thought “oh no they sent the wrong color” because I saw this gray piece of metal at the vertical end of the box, but really it was a piece of metal that was part of the packaging…in addition to all of the styrofoam. All of the pieces were there, everything labeled. Not one ding, crease or scratch. Fairly easy to put together and didn’t take much time. I was very pleased with the cabinet. So of course I ordered cabinet #2. I was expecting the same experience, but unfortunately the product came damaged. I was so deflated given my experience with cabinet #1. So, I of course contacted the seller. They didn’t become argumentative or accusatory, and they were prompt and pleasant in their responding. I sent them photos so they could make a determination as to how to handle the situation, which they did. It was so refreshing to receive such great Customer Service! I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN! ... show more

I am very disappointed. The locker has defects and cracks around the edges. The shipping box was intact, so this was a problem during the manufacturing process. I can't tell you how disappointed I am that the quality is so poor and the price is so high. I was asked to return the product but in trying to open it, the box was destroyed and there was no way to return it. What more can you say? ... show more

Great, good looking wardrobe. Love that it’s metal. IT DID NOT COME WITH INSTRUCTIONS so be prepared to need two people and watch the video on Amazon someone thankfully uploaded. It also came a little warped so you’ll need some muscle. Once it’s done it looks nice though.
