I purchased this for ice fishing as well as to locate an item I lost under the ice last winter. The image quality is great and I was able to easily locate my missing item on the bottom of the lake. I've used it for fishing a number of times since and the ability to adjust lighting and view the fish with infrared technology let me fish through the night and all day long. First of all this product is excellent! The price is very reasonable for the great picture you get and camera lighting (IR, white light). I believe the picture is much better than the aqua view micro and again cheaper in price. The colors look vibrant and the brightness is very easy to adjust on the fly. Nice foldable cover to use on sunny days. Comes in a nice storage pack to keep it in when not in use. Now for the customer service. I had been using the camera for a couple weeks ice fishing when I had an unfortunate mishap where the screen display part fell into an ice hole and was underwater for a few seconds. Unfortunately this incident damaged the unit to where it wouldn’t come on anymore. I got in touch with customer service via email and told them the situation knowing that it was totally my fault and was wondering if I could have it fixed, repaired or replaced. They responded very quickly and were sorry to hear the situation and were more than happy to help assist me in coming up with a solution. They sent a new unit promptly without charge. The media could not be loaded. I love everything for the most part about this camera! I just spent 4 days ice fishing with it in Michigan! Its light weight comes with a nice case! It’s ease of use! Has great battery runtime and the picture quality is great in my opinion for a 7 inch camera. However, water clarity on any body of water makes a difference! The only knock I have on this camera and on the smaller 4 inch version is that these units are not waterproof so buyer beware about fishing in the rain, or dropping it into slushy water on top of ice out ice fishing it will damage the camera if it gets a soaking water ! I wish there was a rubber seal cover for the charging port. It does come with a quarter inch thread on the back of the unit for mounting on a tripod which I have done. But for $180 price point I highly recommend this camera! just be careful when you’re out in the elements. One other reason I’m buying from Moocor is their customer service stands behind what they sell. I hope my take makes your decision easier. ... show more

This fish camera is well worth the money. It is very easy to use. The images are super clear. I have used it down to a depth of 25+ feet with amazing picture quality. I use this on my kayak, so, using a phone to take a photo of a camera was challenging. The water was murky, but you can still see the side of the boat. However, when the camera is on the bottom, you get a very clear picture. I could tell if it was muddy, gravel, where logs were located, and think it will help to find fish after the water clears some. I didn't touch the settings. I turned it on, drop the camera, and it was extremely easy to use. One of my photo's appears that I have this on a fishing pole. I do not. I'm holding it by the wire. You'll have fun with this. Received my camera today. Taking first look at functionality in the house to get familiarized, disappointed that the Oower on/off button does not function well. Intermittent, sometimes works right away, sometimes hold for almost 39 seconds and it turns on, other times it just never turns on. Then when I can get it on it seems like it is going to start up and it immediately turns off by itself. Off is also as elusive of functioning like it should on a consistent basis. Went to return it and instead am doing an exchange in hopes I just got a faulty device. My hopes are not high. I will write another review when the replacement gets here. ... show more
